ANZ’s Sylvia Park office is a large, multi-level corporate workplace housing a diverse mix of functions — from open-plan workstations and contact centres through to training rooms, collaboration spaces, and executive areas. Fitting out a financial services workspace of this complexity requires far more than a standard cabling job. Every system — network, wireless, AV, video conferencing, digital signage, background music, and security — needed to be designed, installed, and integrated to ANZ’s enterprise standards across multiple floors simultaneously.
The digital signage scope alone spanned multiple display types — generic signage screens, contact centre call boards, Dancing Walls, and Digital Waterfalls — each requiring a networked media player for content management. The wireless deployment needed to be coordinated directly with ANZ’s in-house WiFi team to ensure coverage standards were met in every zone. And beyond the fit-out itself, ANZ needed a trusted ongoing partner for moves, adds, and changes across the site.

Teltrac managed the full technology installation across ANZ Sylvia Park as a coordinated, multi-discipline programme — sequencing structured cabling, fibre, wireless, AV, video conferencing, digital signage, and background music works across multiple floors. The wireless installation was completed in close collaboration with ANZ’s in-house WiFi team, ensuring access point placement and configuration met ANZ’s internal coverage requirements. Desk relocations, VLAN patching, and workstation setup were completed concurrently to ensure every team was operational with minimal downtime throughout the transition.
