Why Vape Detection is Required
The Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act 2020 came into force on 11 November 2020. The Act establishes clear obligations for New Zealand workplaces, schools, and early childhood education facilities.

The buildings and grounds of all schools and early childhood education centres must be smokefree and vapefree.
