Teltrac surveyed the site and designed a combined video surveillance and access-control system. This system was tailored to Bragg’s requirements. The installed solution for the Bragg Builders Invercargill Security Installation comprised Dahua cameras driven by a 16‑channel AI Network Video Recorder (NVR) and an ICT access control platform for doors and gate entry. One camera was configured with License Plate Recognition (LPR) to log vehicle movements at the gate. Two external bullet cameras and five turret cameras were positioned to maximise coverage around the building.

For access control, Teltrac fitted ICT hardware on nine doors and the gate. They added maglocks to existing frames and mortice locks to newly supplied doors.
